- Our cool touch valve has the cartridge on the left side, so the hot water goes direct to thermostatic cartridge for mixing water
- A traditional structure has the thermostatic cartridge on the right side, so hot water runs the length of the cartridge which makes the surface hot to touch
- The cold water almost wraps the mixers on it surface, preventing it from becoming too hot to touch
- Never facing suddenly too hot or too cold water temperature whenever wherever someone using water at the same time
